ABC model

The coaching is based on the 'Accelerated Behavioral Change model'. This means you will be in contact with your coach several times a week. This can be via messaging and customized exercises or video conversations in our coachtool Pluform. You will also have be in touch via telephone and the text message. And finally, depending on your coachengagement, face-to-face conversations will also take place.

Together with your coach you go through the following phases of the ABC model:

Analyze phase:

The first phase (Analyze) starts with an examination of your situation. Analyses of your current situation and your ideal future situation are central during this phase. We will determine the aim, the end result, of the coaching trajectory. Following, we formulate specific behavioral objectives we will work on for the remainder of the coaching trajectory.

Internalize phase:

In the second phase (Internalize), you will work actively and intensively with your coach to reach your objectives. You’ll practice your new behaviors within realistic and relevant settings, at work or at home. Key words in this phase are practice, experience, reflect, feedback and reinforcement.

With the help of the frequent contact moments, the small steps and the motivating approach of your coach, you’ll be intensely committed to the process and experience quick results. During this phase, you’ll internalize your new behavior.

Sustain phase:

The goal of the final phase (Sustain) is to make your achieved goals and your newly learned behavior sustainable. Your results will not be short lived, but future proof.
