Young Talent Programme

Participants of the ING Graduate Programme are offered a range of learning and development possibilities in their first year. This Young Talent Programme is intended to support you, after this first period. This programme focuses on the development of your personal effectiveness and leadership skills. The work you will do is based on ING’s “Open Collaboration” core value. The programme offers three half-day workshops and an integrated coaching engagement to realize your individual development goals. Key theme’s are:

  • Effectiveness in communication
  • Interpersonal relationships and skills
  • Self-awareness

The programme’s lead time is 16 weeks, including three workshops. During the program, you will be coached in your daily context to increase your impact.
