Programme related coaching

ING leadership programmes integrate "state of the art" learning and development tools and techniques. In these programmes theory and practicing of new skills are taught. You will learn from each other in a artificial environment. Back to workplace you will experience the day to day activities and your insights and learning will fade to the background. However your development actually doesn't stop after finalizing a leadership programme and development actually starts in your daily job. To help and support you to materialize on the insights and learnings of a programme we offer a complementary coaching engagement. Together with your coach you will work on your individual development goals. With our technology enhanced coaching approach you will have more frequent contact with your coach and you will bring your learning in the day-to-day context. You will experience a steep learning curve as a result.
