With great pleasure I have been able to boost my development through the use of the online coaching platform. My coach helped me to gain insight in my own behavior and how I could adjust it to fit the needs of my colleagues. Sometimes by just asking: what would you like to achieve with this behavior? By asking this question I became more aware of how my behavior effects other people. This questions still pops up in my thoughts during a meeting and allows me to effectively communicate my point of view. I really enjoyed the guidance on distance, because I could ask questions to my coach at anytime. This really suited my busy schedule.
